Easter is an important western festival, the first Sunday after the spring equinox. Christians believe that Easter symbolizes rebirth and hope, in honor of the day when Jesus Christ was resurrected on the third day after the crucifixion between 30 and 33 AD. The Chinese food is also very characteristic, mainly mutton and ham.
